  • Arriving at Student Affairs in person or by a notary's power of attorney 
  • Or students who will apply to cancel registration must fill in the forms below and send them to [email protected] from their  [email protected] extension e-mail address.

 

*** Students whose cancellation procedures have been completed due to Covid-19 are required to make an appointment by sending an e-mail to [email protected] for their document requests (high school diploma etc.).
