About Us
The Directorate of Technical Services is a unit established for the smooth and correct operation of all electrical, audio, visual, telephone and air conditioning systems of our university. The duties and responsibilities of the unit are to ensure that technical works are organized systematically and that our services are provided without interruption. These duties and responsibilities involve solving the physical and infrastructure problems of all buildings and outbuildings within the university campus; maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical and air conditioning systems; providing infrastructure and equipment services for audio and visual systems for events such as conferences, concerts, and training sessions; and ensuring maintenance and repair of telephone systems, and uninterrupted communication.
In order to render our work more measurable and visible with technology, our colleagues have received necessary clearances to request assistance electronically via the EDMS system. This way, requesters are able to see the status of their request instantly, as well as the technical personnel members assigned for it.
Our aim is to provide technical service in a healthier and safer environment by systematically organizing planned and preventive maintenance work.
